Private Grief Support sessions are booked by contacting Vicky directly.

If this is your first session with Vicky, you will be invited to schedule a FREE 30 minute discovery call before committing to any paid sessions. If you are a current or past client, you may request either 30 minute or 1 hour sessions which will be designed specifically for you and the challenges you currently face with processing your grief.

When inquiring via email or the form below, please be sure to provide clear contact information (full name, email address and phone number) as well as any day or time preferences you have. Vicky will respond with her current availability, typically giving you 2 or 3 time slots to choose from along with payment links for each time slot. You can lock in your time slot by following the link and completing payment. (Private sessions must be paid in full in order to save the date.) You will receive confirmation of your session date along with a zoom link (for video call) and any special instructions Vicky may have for you at that time.

CANCELLATIONS: 

We understand things happen in daily life that may result in the need to cancel or reschedule an appointment and we make every effort to accomodate necessary cancellations. Full refunds will be given for appointments canceled up to 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled after the 48 hour window will be given credit toward a new time and date.
