White Elephant Wisdom LLC and its facility hosts are not liable for personal loss or damage of any kind, except in cases of gross negligence. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please feel free to reach out to me before registering for an event.

Returns & Refunds
BOOK PURCHASES: Books bought from third-party organizations like Amazon are subject to their specific terms, conditions, and refund policies. (see purchasing website for details)
Customized (autographed) book orders through this website are non-returnable and non-refundable, except for orders that arrive damaged during shipping. In the case of damaged orders, we will replace them at no cost upon receiving proof of the damage. Replacements of damaged goods will be shipped out at our cost within 3- 5 business days unless otherwise notified of a stock shortage.

PRIVATE SESSIONS: To secure your booking for Private Grief Support sessions, full payment is required in advance. If you need to cancel your session within 48 hours of the scheduled time, you can either reschedule or receive a full refund. Cancellations made after the 48-hour period are not eligible for a refund unless there are significant and special circumstances. A history of repeated cancellations may result in a refusal of services in the future. All decisions are final and legally binding.

SPEAKING EVENTS: Paid speaking engagements usually follow the terms and conditions set by the hosting organization, unless any additional terms are negotiated during the booking process. Each situation will be assessed individually. In certain instances, if the host or facilitator cancels at the last minute, they may be responsible for reimbursing non-refundable travel and/or lodging expenses. Any contracts entered into by both parties (White Elephant Wisdom, LLC, event host, facilitator and/or event venue/staff) will be considered legally binding by all parties.
